“Spoke to Leanne Warren (LE6) and explained that I had a hearing impediment and asked her to speak slower. Shop spoke clearly and slowly so that I could hear and understand everything. She gave me a really good deal with lots of cover and very reasonably priced. I felt very pleased with the outcome of their call to me.”

“The operator today was fine but this has been the worst Insurance company I’ve ever dealt with. Hopefully I never actually have to make a claim. Such a money grabbing operation and no attempt to mask it. Avoid at all COSTS.”
