I had some questions about my home insurance renewal and I spoke to KT7 who was able to answer all my questions quickly and clearly. KT7 was then able process the renew for as we spoke - 5-star service.

LD7 answered my questions very professionally and while the answered were not what I wanted to hear I thought the service was good and I feel happier with an on line chat as apposed to speaking live as I have time to consider the conversation.

Your representative (JG4) was very helpful and answered all my questions in a very knowledgeable and professional manner. It is not often during a live chat, that you get the feeling you are chatting with a real person but today, I felt we were in the same room. Great example of customer service.

Chat with operator was prompt and helpful and easy . The only problem I had was getting through to my portal I am not very good with doing this over the phone via chat I would much prefer to speak to real person

I was processed with by user MB9. Everything I needed to discuss was dealt with very satisfactorily. Happy with the outcome and the service provided. The only negative for me was that I had a long wait before the chat was opened which was out of the operators control. Need more operators!!!
