“The call handler I spoke with was extremely knowledgeable and provided excellent assistance. They demonstrated patience and thoroughly addressed all of my questions. Although I was initially concerned that my insurance might be cancelled, they efficiently resolved the issue for me, and I did not experience a long wait time. The callhandler was TJ1”
