“Big THANKYOU to Shanice SP6 for her very much needed expertise. I tried to change my vehicle on my existing policy through the portal. But when i had changed all the details, it stated that I wasn't insured on my new vehicle until the next day, thats 24 hours when I wouldn't be insured. So I spoke to Shanice whom sorted that for me. I am abit annoyed that I had to pay an admine fee of £4.99 even tho the portal was at fault. But that's not down to SP6. She was polite, professional and explained things to me that I was unsure about. Thankyou Shanice SP6,”

“Call handler EW9 was very helpful but the issue he was helping me resolve was frustrating as I had been charged extra for not providing NCD proof which I do not believe I ad been asked for.”

“I had 2 chats - the first was a quote to change my insurance due to purchasing a new car. This person was not very helpful, provided a quote almost double to previous. I left it that I would shop around. End result was I found a much cheaper quote close to the price I was previously paying and took it out. The second call was to cancel my policy. This person was very helpful and clearly wanted to keep my business and had the right approach to the customer (me). If this person was EF3 then 5 stars. If you were the first 1 star.”
