“I got in touch via Chat (about a 5 minute wait) with every intention of cancelling my policy, however, the renewal price after getting in touch was perfectly acceptable with the help of MF7 and signed up again. MF7 was prompt in replying and explained everything fully. Happy customer”

“I was very pleased to way EK4 handled my enquiry I don’t like using the portal a would sooner speak to someone on the phone 📞 but I cannot find a phone number for the correct department you make it very hard to get in touch with you I have recommended you a few friends when the use the phone numbers I give them these numbers don’t exist . The insurance I have is very good but ithink you could be losing customers because not everbody wants to use a portol”
