“I chatted to one agent (Ava R) who was extremely unhelpful after me sending 2 screenshots & and she still could not find anything on the system regarding my payment. This caused me such stress & anguish because I knew I had paid. I chatted to Paige A (AA4)who sorted my problem out in no time she found my payment & was so helpful she put my mind to rest.”

“I I did live chat with BG3, and was amazed how easy, friendly Bethany was and would highly recommend 1 call insurance. I was very surprised to say the least and hopefully all the other companies where you have to just change your name due to getting married would opt to use this kind of system, thank you, Bethany.”
