After paying my renewal instead of waiting for auto renewal, I found I would have to drive myself to work, commute, which wasnt on my policy. I did a live chat, something I hate, with a lovely customer service person, IS1, who was able to add commuting to my policy with no fuss at all. I would like to thank IS1 for her help in making this as painless as possible.

I went online to cancel my policy. Having gone through a number of questions I was then directed to an online chat. I was only third in line, nevertheless I had to wait 20 minutes to come to the front. My server was WP1. I had to explain it all again. The response from WP1 was painfully slow between comments that I responded to immediately . Even taking the exorbitant cancellation fee off the amount WP1 quoted was little more than 50% of what I'd paid for the insurance, only 45 days ago. Disgraceful. Glad I won't be using One Call again.
