“Very disappointed as policy reduced by £6 only even though I've stuck with One Call for many years. Then their automatic renewal didn't work. Also very long waiting time if you try to ring them. EW3 resolved the payment matter successfully for me today though so thank you.”

“Recently renewed my car insurance with Onecall , only to be contacted by the Police , telling me that my vehicle was showing as "uninsured" on the Motor Insurance Database , which they use to track uninsured vehicles . Spoke to several Onecall operatives who said there was nothing they could do . Eventually spoke to FS2 , who said that she would contact the underwriters , and get back to me . 10 minutes later she called me back , stating that it would be resolved in the next 24 hours . . That is exactly what happened . Well done FS2 . Thank you very much for your excellent work”

“KT7 - Spoke with them via webchat and quick to respond which seems to be rare for chat windows these days. Asked a few questions and managed to get my policy renewal to an acceptable price without loosing any of my cover. Great stuff!”
