“This review is purely based upon the help and patience of miya9 trying to resolve the nightmare we are having trying to get money back from One Call in relation to a cancelled policy. This will be the second time that we have spoken with a team member online and been promised a refund. Each time we have to wait a further 3-10 days to see if we have been refunded. miya9 was really helpful and we are hopeful that her help will resolve the situation.”

“EK2 was very helpful, I was unable to put my son on my policy at the price I was quoted on Monday , was told to do it on the computer which wanted double the quote, she did this and only charged me the administrative fee . Thank you”

“My chat with DB7 was excellent, quick efficient and all my questions answered. I was unsure about how I felt using the chat wandering if I would be stuck in a loop but it was very clear and straightforward. I managed to get a better renewal and would definitely do this again.”
