“Had problems logging in to my online account for my car insurance - didn't seem to recognise my details. I used the Chat option - heart sank when I saw I was 16th in queue but things went quickly and not too long a wait. Having explained the problem, the operator (George) passed me on to another colleague (Charlie, CH5) so another wait in a queue but all in all, not too long to wait. Charlie managed to find my email address in their system and quickly sent me a reset password email. This worked fine and I am now in my account.”

“**JS4** was absolutely amazing she helped me salt out a query doing this it brought my policy littlle bit lower. I was very unsure if I would pay a deposit then monthly payments. She was so understanding and took time to listen to me. I thank her so much for this.”

“I went on the Customer Portal today and was going to cancel my policy as the cost had risen dramatically!! However I was helped today by ML2 who was very informative and managed to get my renewal down to a very reasonable price. She went through all the details with me and suffice to say I will be staying with One Call Insurance!”
