Renewed car insurance today, speaking with agent vh3 and was an easy and smooth transaction. Customer service with this company is second to none. Chose the 3 year fixed price as this could not be beaten by other companies and I know for the next 3 years I have peace of mind my insurance price won’t go up. Thank you

I was panicking because I was unable to register for the online portal, having only just purchased a new car insurance policy. I engaged with Live Chat and Emily also known as EE3 was very helpful and got me sorted out. I purchased the policy through Compare the Market and was very impressed with the cover, the terms and the price.
