I spoke to AS5 in customer service, having purchased a second car policy from the company via a comparison site I needed father policy to be applied to my existing portal. Couldn’t do it myself. He was very helpful and said he would contact the department dealing with the new policy and get them to add the new policy to the existing account. Hopefully they will act swiftly to get the issue sorted.
