“MM8 Very helpful and professional. Unlike the previous advisor Adam T who was no help he gave me a telephone number to call which was only for new claims only. When I had told him I was after an update on my existing claim and couldn't access online portal. But MM8 was very helpful”

“Db4 was most patient and helpful with my query .He explained everything in detail and answered all my questions explaining everything in detail and took time to explain in detail what is covered and what was not .Ive always been happy with One Call and wanted to stay with them .Db 4 was my reason for staying with them although it was slightly dearer than the quote i had from another company . I recommend One Call completely”
