“Having today settled my car insurance for another year, I had the pleasure of dealing with a young lady, AA4, who in my opinion, was one of the best Customer Service operatives I have come across. She was extremely professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Usually these things are a bit of a chore, but I came from this with the "feel good factor". A real asset to your company.”

“I had cause to renew my insurance policy today and although the portal was helpful, I felt the need to phone the company. They not only beat the comparison websites price, but that also means I didn’t have to change anything. The agent PE2 was a very polite young lady who made the whole process smooth and straightforward. Really impressed by the service I received.”
