“Hi, phoned today 27th March, to change my vehicle on my policy, spoke to Ava (AR2), AVA, was very helpful and polite , in helping me change my policy details, (different vehicle), although I was shocked to find out how much it was to cancel a policy. But thanks to Ava. For her help.”

“RW2 was helpful but im not happy with the price going up so much considering the car is exactly the same although new and im not requiring breakdown cover any more although my last car had breakdown cover, but £8 more per month. Renewal in October, I will perhaps go elsewhere.”
