“I had the pleasure of talking to your representative ji9 on live chat today about my insurance renewal. He was very polite, helpful & understanding about my query. We talked through my current & future needs on the policy & was able to adjust the renewal quote accordingly. He informed me that he would forward this updated quote to the renewal portal so that i could proceed with it online. He is a very helpful & patient employee of your team who had to wait for my rather slow typing skills to be put into practice. Thank you again for your help. very much appreciated. Regards Andre'”
