“Wanted to renew but couldn't log into the portal or option to reset my password. Went into a chat with SP6 who was very quick and helpful to reply and transfer me to the correct dept. JB6 was able to locate my account, with no issues and was then able to reset password while still on the chat and then followed up with renewing the policy in a matter of minutes. Great service from both SP6 and JB6, both prompt to reply to my query and requests and service was not complicated to get to a resolution.”
