“I've been with One Call for my car insurance since 2022 and so far I've no complaints at all. I've been pleased with the quotes and prices and despite checking the comparison sites each renewal since for something better I am yet to be tempted away from them. Today I needed to arrange a change to the vehicle covered which was accomplished very efficiently and professionally by Karley S (KS8) via their live chat service. Any charges were explained fully and within 30 minutes of ending the chat my policy had been updated and documents available to download. Really pleased with Karley S and the One Call experience in general and would recommend them highly.”

“I had a renewal quote and contacted them via online chat to say I had found a cheaper quote so wouldn't accept theirs. I was connected quickly to an agent, JA7, who was very competent and gave me a new quote which was cheaper than the one I had found. He was polite and helpful. I accepted the new cheaper quote from OneProtect”
