“Used your chat format as I was intending to cancel my policy due to price. Waited an acceptable time before chatting with IS1. She was very helpful with her knowledge and reviewing my policy to reduce the monthly payment. As a result I am staying with One Call on a fixed 3 year contract”

“IS1 was very helpful and sorted my issues quickly and without fuss. The only downside was the time waiting in the queue, to then be transferred to another dept and waiting in a queue again. But this had nothing to do with IS1.”

“Called for car insurance quote was more expensive than present one. I tried to do it online but despite having house covered by you it would not accept email address or password hence having to call you most annoying. May I also say though it is a personal opinion the music on hold is quite raucous.”
