I would just like to say many thanks for the help that I received today from EK2, regarding the changes with my car insurance, as I'm in the process of buying a new car. Called as couldn't log into paypal payment. Case wasn't resolved but EW2 (Elizabeth) was very helpful.

Well sceptical using the chat line but what joy chatting to HM1 Hannah. At One Call. At 94 I have had to move into residential care and had to sell my flat. This will happen in less than 2 weeks so having to cancel utilities etc I had to inform One Call Insurance that I no longer needed their Home Insurance policy. Well Hannah was great she chatted to me and came back with a credit after the cancellation fee and that this would be returned via my card. I was so grateful for her help and assistance as this is the first time I have ever used live chat…..unbelievable Hannah was so to kind confirming that I had given her the correct details. Hannah a credit to your company.

SP6 was a great help sorting out insurance for my new truck, and also ensuring that I continued being covered for my old vehicle given that it wasn't a straight swap date. Very simple process, all handled on Live Chat which was great. Will be sticking with One Call for years - never had a problem with them!

I have tried to cancel my car insurance policy which I have only taken on the 10th of November, but you have demanded nearly £50 payments?!! I believe that is not right as there is a 14 days cooling off period, so why are doing this ?! I was also under to contact you to speak to someone??!
