“Although it can be frustrating not being able to physically talk to someone on a phone the online chat is quite efficient. I do feel like i have to repeat myself even though the information has been given in the preamble and the questions leading up to the conversation. They were able to almost match my renewal so I kept the policy jsut for ease.”

“Got through to the advice line quickly midday, to discuss a query with my home insurance. My call was taken by Jade who was polite and patient whilst I explained the reason for my call. By the end of the call my query had been sorted, Jade couldn't have been anymore helpful. It's always a bonus when your call gets answered by someone cheerful. Thanks JS4.”
