Joshua was very helpful. It's not his fault but all of this could have been dealt with so much quicker over a phone call. And why email me about how easy it is to change address when the portal doesn't allow it ?

After days of trying to sort out our change of address and being told the policy would be cancelled we finally in the end spoke with Benjamin (BB7).What a relief he sorted our situation out in a few minutes.

KL4 was extremely helpful on the phone with my renewal and deserves 5*. 4*s are for OneCall itself as no phone number given on website so had to Google it.

I used Live Chat, a two-minute phone call seems impossible. My position of 18th in the queue moved quite quickly until I was able to 'chat' with LG3, Lauryn, who was able to sort out my quick question in a mere 20 minutes. Well done, Lauryn, thank you.

BC1. Had a WebChat call today to fix my current insurance at the same price for the next 3 years with no worries about renewal quotes etc. All sorted and that makes me feel very happy with the service I receive from OneCall.

I hate doing renewals. Each year One Call is cheaper than I can get quoted elsewhere. I still check though. This year I renewed on live chat, was painless and hardly and wait for responses. Very unusual for a live chat! Quick, effective and friendly. Thanks KT7

I've just finished chatting to George (Username "GB3") about a problem I had with my policy. He was professional, courteous, friendly, understanding, and helpful. He sorted out my problem immediately, which was great! He also helped me with a problem I had trying to login to the portal. Overall, I was very impressed with him.
