“I used the chat function on the One Call Website as I was an existing customer. I was 14th in the queue initially as they were evidently busy. This is August when alot of insurance renews so understandable. I needed to renew my existing policy at a different day due to other committments. EW3 was very helpful, pretty fast, grasped my requirements quickly, helped me evaluate a "breakdown" upgrade. We got the whole renewal achieved with clarity but at a good pace. The price was £9.00 more than a comparison site, but I have been happy with One Call and decided to stay with them due to the good service I was receiving. Thank you EW3”

“KH2 was clearly on top form. Normally I’m not very responsive to things like “we have another product that’ll alleviate your breakdown worries”, but his manner was so pleasant that I listened. Glad I did as I now have far less to worry about and at a great price. Thank you.”
