“I was in despair with your set up - portals etc - finding it very hard to cope with technology and just wanted to speak to a human. Your employee TARA TJ2 saved the day. Although having to do this on a “chat” she understood my difficulties and gave an excellent professional service. Thank you Tara TJ2.”

“Even though a lot is on line it is easy to navigate. Dylan DB7 was super pleasant and explained everything clearly, giving me a great offer on renewal. I have been with One Call several years now and when someone in the past drove into my car in a carpark the customer service was excellent, I could not fault it. Has kept me returning.”
