ML2, Megan F was very efficient and helpful when I had made an error trying to sort out my renewal. She looked at what I had done quickly and efficiently and corrected the problem for me. It was a very slick experience and great customer service. This is the reason I dont bother to look to see if there are cheaper providers at renewal time, the excellent customer service is a massive plus in the things I consider. Well done ML2 and thank you.

Apart from the long wait, service was very good from Sarah M. Your software was not as easy to get around as I only wanted to change my address. I had to change it on the Chat box and it instructed me that changes could only be made once I had talked to an Agent. Defeats the object of doing it online, Having worked with software most of my working time, I would suggest that when a policy is brought up that changes should be made at that window (with an Edit window).

I had a problem retrieving policy documents and chatted to Adam who was absolutely wonderful with endless patience, which he needed dealing with me, and sorted my problem in no time. Thank you Adam.

Would be better if thd best quote was sent out first of all. However spoke to Lauryn H (LH1) via chat and got a much better deal. She dealt with it quickly and professionally and I have stayed another year.

ET3 Thankyou for helping me with my renewal. The lady was very helpful and understanding of the high price asked for my renewal. I was preparing to cancel but she said she would look and see if she could help. She did! I was very pleased with the understanding of my situation and as I am older now find it difficult to sort these things out. Thankyou!

I'd just like to say that LE6.Leanne Warren-le6 was the person who helped me to get my problem with my insurance sorted out. Once I explained the problem she gave me two options and in just a few minutes everything was sorted. She was very efficient and dealt with me in a polite and curteous manner, I wish all reps were as good as she was. Regards,

Spent a week trying to get my insurance docs having paid and still not working. All their texts and emails contain links that say page unavailable. Don’t answer the phone. Emails unmonitored, live chat “ you are number 32 in the queue etc” Finally reassured on 5 th chat effort and emailed with a link, but that doesn’t work either. Extraordinary.

The price was unbeatable by a significant amount, and the chat operators are really helpful, however on reviewing the documentation less than 24hrs after buying the policy, I noticed a number of mistakes and contacted them immediately using the online chat. I know that the mistakes were not on the quote form I filled in. After making the changes, I was told I would need to pay an additional £10 - absolutely preposterous for what can only be a system or admin error and not one on my part. When I challenged and I asked to cancel the policy, the point the person I was chatting with agreed to waive that charge. My advice - double check all the detail in the documents, these errors could lead to you not being insured.
