I spoke to this lady this afternoon to discuss my car insurance renewal. This was after opting for the callback facility. This worked well as the wait time was only a few minutes. The conversation was conducted in a friendly manner, feeling that I was being listened to, and that she was concerned to make sur3 she was aiming at getting me a good outcome. After paying my renewal instead of waiting for auto renewal, I found I would have to drive myself to work, commute, which wasnt on my policy. I did a live chat, something I hate, with a lovely customer service person, IS1, who was able to add commuting to my policy with no fuss at all. I would like to thank IS1 for her help in making this as painless as possible.
