I needed to replace my van ,so i wanted a quote to replace my existing policy with a new one , or upgrade my current one , I spoke with FS7 , who guided me through the whole process with ease. He was extremely knowledgeable as to what was available , as near to my existing policy. The whole proces was completed in about 20 mins. Again many thanks to FS7 , a credit to your company.

This review is purely for agent SW1! I am so thankful to Szymon as he has helped me so much today I had 101 questions but Szymon answered each one without getting frustrated. I came into this chat very annoyed as the previous 2 agents kept passing me around but Szymon is a gem in the company who helped me with my 101 questions very calmly and answering each one thoroughly he deserves a promotion!!

Trying to be organised, I renewed my car insurance in advance of the renewal date. The process was simple using the Live Chat but when I went back into the customer portal later the same day it showed that my current policy had 'lapsed'. This was worrying considering I still had 26 days until the new policy came into effect. I had to use Live Chat again to resolve my concerns - although the problem was resolved, this was very time consuming.
