“How lovely to be able to receive such efficient and helpful service. I won’t hesitate to use one call again for my insurance. I was served by mb9 and I have to say the service was excellent. “Many many thanks to EF1 for the service this evening. She was extremely helpful, patient and understanding. I'd completely forgotten my login details and was struggling. With the her help and guidance I was able to login and retrieve my insurance documents without further problems. A little tricky, as I'd changed my name and title but with her patience and time she resolved my problem brilliantly!!!! Absolute 5star service ***** Thank you”
