ET1 WAS MY CALL HANDLER TODAY AND HE WAS MOST PATIENT WITH ME, EVEN THOUGH I CALLED HIM DESMOND!!! MY APOLOGIES TO ET1 AT MY NON UNDERSTANDING OF THE PAYENT WHICH SHOULD HAVE BEEN SIMPLE FOR ME, BUT I MESSED UP. THANKS ET1 AT ONE CALL FOR YOUR PATIENCE.

I was thinking of moving company’s and then I spoke to a lovely lady called Leanne warren and she gave me a great quote once again for my new car I was delighted to go ahead with one call again different class service

Never had an issue with One Call Insurance and when I was looking to cancel my policy due to a move I spoke to Mia (Username MB1) and Mia was such a great help. I cancelled due to a personal move where I no longer needed contents insurance, so nothing negative to say about One Call. The renewal price was actually really good! I was connected to the agent within seconds and there was no wait or delay. Mia helped me a lot with my query and made everything so simple to follow. Had no issues and the cancellation was processed with no hassles. 10/10 customer service - Give Mia a pay rise!
