“I had agreed to a 3 year price fix for my car insurance. I didn’t realise that One Call have a slightly unusual system where they update your policy on a one month by month basis. So your policy shows that you’re insured for only one month. I spoke to LN1 who reassured me and confirmed how their system works in writing by email. He was excellent.”
