“Long wait but all questions answered. I still don't fully understand how the policy works. I wanted 12 months cover but I get one month, renewed every month. I want the peace of mind of 12 months cover, not one month at a time.”

“JH7 was very helpful in cancelling my policy due to it being no longer required. However the cancellation/set up fee of £49.99 is extortionate for a policy which was only open less than a week.”
