“I had a very helpful lady RE1- I had to contact directly as my insurance renewal form had arrived with my old surname.I had remarried and had already contacted the company and paid the £28 charge and still the renewal was in my previous surname. My lady dealt with the problem and explained the changes hadn’t been fully completed and rectified the problem. She had a very calm and respectful manner. Thankyou”
