I am changing my current van to a car, so I was not able to transfer my current policy. OneCall wanted an extortionate figure so I was obliged to insure the new vehicle elsewhere. JH7 was very quick & efficient though when it came to cancelling my old policy. Quite a relief after spending the best part of the afternoon answering the same questions time & again to various agents & chatbots. What a chore!!

Very difficult to actually talk with someone. Finally when I got the chat to work they were helpful.

The live-chat agent (FP2) is polite, super helpful and efficient - no problems there! However, even the slightest change on the policy will incur quite hefty charges; by contrast, other insurers (on my other vehicles) effected the same change for no charge at all.

Taking out my insurance policy was made a little more complicated than necessary. Hopefully it's all done now.... Customer service was pretty good to be fair.

NS3 was nice and helpful but One Call insurance is Dissapointing. I tried several times to change my address and when I finally did my premium doubled. I had to pay £38.00 administration fee. One Call insurance do not have a phone number to call to charge your address and it can't be done in the portal so ironically it's named One Call.

I am very disappointed as can’t speak to an advisor will possibly look elsewhere when my insurance ends next year. It would be better having someone to speak to when you have problems rather than having to deal with a computer
