TJ2 was very helpful and spent a lot of time getting me quotes for different scenarios. The premiums seem quite expensive but it’s hard comparing mid-term so I will probably shop around more when renewal time comes

Not very good this morning took about hour and a half ! Put me though to 2 different people then I was already sorted I don’t understand why I kept getting passed on !

The service received was incredibly slow and clunky. I spoke to three different advisors across three different chats. One chat cut me off for no reason when I was about to make payment for a change to my policy. I don’t mind not being able to speak to someone on the phone but I expect the online chat service to work much better. Very frustrating and disappointing. I have spent around two hours sorting something that should be done in 10mins.

Although the advisor was helpful. I really didn't enjoy online chat. It is veryyyyy long winded. So irritating - to resolve simple requests it takes so long😕. I wish there was a quicker way of making contact with one call Thanks

Hard to access the chat and portal. Portal would not load and left hanging in a queue for the chat. Once through JH7 dealt with my enquiry.

After speaking to another agent yesterday to take out a policy - it didn't get done. CH5 sorted it this morning in second. :-)

It was not intimated to me that the insurance would not be a paper document.I do not like e,mail correspondence of this nature, this should have been intimated at start of procedures. ( not to happy about this ).

It did not make me happy just frustrated and angry. Your customer portal initially did not recognise my vehicle then did not recognise the information I entered. Because of this I had to pay extra to make the changes to my car insurance through a vehicle chat. What a rubbish system. All I wanted to do was talk to somebody. Thankfully once I spoke to somebody on the live chat he was very helpful. His reference is JW5

Some issues with transfer of my quite details from my Comparison site to OneCalls website. Then multiple attempts to edit those details repeatedly returned the status "no details have been edited" Instead had to resort to an overly long online 'chat' to try to correct them, followed by a repeated marketing of add-ons that I have already declined. At least JW5 was courteous during use if the 'chat' facility. 1) Sort out data transfer. It should be faithful after 20yrs of web development 2) Quit trying it on with unwanted marketing during comms.

The first agent I spoke to was not at all helpful in fact she cut me off. However, agent JH7 was very helpful, thorough and efficient
