No contact phone number, took almost a hour on live chat to change car over in policy. Operator chatting to too many customers at the same time.

Your on line advice on applying the SAVEME40 discount did not appear to work - invalid code message. That's my lot I'm off to another insurer unless someone calls me today!

Easy to insure a vehicle but very difficult to change a policy, and there is no telephone number.

I find the service too slow, it tok me about 1 minute to enter my details and then 30 minutes to chat online. I use online for speed

Not able to speak to anyone we needed temporary car insurance for curtesy car as our truck was in for repair and your company didn't do. Very poor service sorry will not renew our insurance with yourselves. TG

Cheap Policy but beware if you need to change or cancel that the system is very difficult with different costs quoted across different documents and no operators really able to deviate at all. All small amounts probably not worth going to the ombudsmen over but I imagine it adds up for them

I cancelled my policy on 28 06 21 when I changed my car and now you demand I pay two months payment now that the policy end date

i have asked repeated times for no post to be sent and they don’t listen, other than that ok just for personal reasons i have asked them not to send post and they do it anyway

took over 2 hours to change my vehicle details couldnt speak to anyone only live chat kept going round in circles eventually sorted but i still have no confirmation from u that the insurance cover is in place

Everything OK until I wanted to cancel my policy couldn't get to speak to anyone on live chat in a queue of 35 then when I got through the live chat took forever for a response it was shocking

Couldn’t get my insurance in place as the start date of the policy kept reverting to 7/10/21 when my start date was 28/9/21, I tried 5 times and then went to ‘live chat’ which wasn’t helpful, was told to try again, I gave up after that
