I was not kept upto date with claim progress. Also had a need recently to get a new windscreen which appt was cancelled so asked for help. No call back so sorted it out myself. Not the best journey so far unfortunately

Sorry but I have not had a very good experience over the last three days. I have spent hours trying to get my vehicle changed and adding an additional name. A lot of different issues causing this to be prolonged. Will consider changing insurers next time.

Cheap for the first year but INCRREASED the renewal price by 33% for renewal. Cheap at first but expensive rip off after first year. My renewal was HALF of their quoted price with another insurer!

Try and try to get though to one call insurance can't get them asked if they could phone me still nothing' why can't you just be able to phone them

I'm still waiting to hear from your person about my new quote dated last Thursday 8 October after removing the person from my car insurance. he said he would be in touch in the morning of Friday 9 October after speaking to your underwriters. I am still waiting on his response. thank you. if there is a problem with it it would be nice to know why we didn't get the call back as promised on the Friday morning. thank you.

I realised i had been scammed when after asking multiple times for a withdrawal i kept getting excuses and demands for more money, Luckily i didn't fall for it a second time, i instead got the help of myrecovery.live. They specialise in cases like this. These people give a bad name to investment and trading, avoid them like a plague.

cannot get to speak to anyone they tried to take money from my bank without telling me good job i change the the number got a much cheaper quote elsewhere not as cheap as they make out and dont forget all the extras if you have to change anything later, i dont know why they have phones they never answer them ,i pity anyone who as to make a claim

Transfer to another vehicle results in huge price increase - cheaper to take the cancellation hit and go elsewhere :-(

Very frustrating when you have a query and you can't speak to anyone as there are no contact numbers. You ask them to call you and no one calls you back. Not everyone one is illiterate!

never known an insurance company to who you cannot speak to over phone.It is not a good service at all.Customers need to b able to communicate via telephone.You are adking if i communicated via telephone just how do you do thst

Went online to cancel my policy, after 3 months of having it - I'd sold the car and am now car-less. For the pleasure it's cost me £136.97 (inc £55.99 fee). Legalised robbery

The person i dealt with was very good. Just a shame about the policy small print not allowing me to add my boyfriend to my policy. And that it would cost me a minimum of 55:99 to cancel my policy. And then when i look on confused . Com i can actually get a policy with my boyfriend on it for £10 a month cheaper than what i am paying now through yourselves !!!
