Unable to speak to anyone as you no longer have a phone line. 5 minute delay between every question and answer on online chat unacceptable. You refused to speak to my new insurers quoting data protection but during online chat I could have been absolutely anyone. You said you'd emailed me my proof of NCD but an hour later nothing has arrived.

Good price and add ons but could not use the online options to make change so turned out to be expensive as I was charged for the joy of finding out it did not offer the options it said it would

The customer service performed intelligently. But i dont think one should only chat and not call or have a number to call to the customer service. Nobody have the time to sit on and be chatting in the office or at work. Everybody is not a boss.

Please do not continue to charge me for this insurance. My car was a write off and so no longer exists. You recently wrote to me saying you’re going to take another payment .

I wanted to tell them all the errors they'd made in my policy - but like most companies, they don't provide any email address. Not even a hated webform. OK, I could have used thir "chat" system if it was within chat hours (it isn't), but using that to go through the errors would be very tedious: an email would be so much simpler.

Whilst the chat line solved the problem, the contact JL8 was helpful, but the whole process th change an address was too slow. Firstly the portal did not work, as soon as I tried to pay for the transaction with my saved card your system froze and would not let me proceed, the same card worked without problems on the chat line. Trying to contact One call by telephone was impossible as phone lines are closed during stated hours. Not a very good advertisement for yourselves One call.

Keele was very helpful. In disbelief that to remove a second driver, who is on a provisional, would cost £280.00 more. So expensive will definatley look at changing next year, regretting staying.

Wanted to add a driver, they wouldn’t let me. Just said he doesn’t meet criteria, no explanation. Disappointed as I only need a lift to hospital as I’ve broken my leg.

I needed to change my policy and it was better value for me to cancel in the end. I had the policy for only 2 months and only got 30% back. It was tedious and time consuming doing it all via webchat too.

Happy to take your money but when someone need their help it's Really hard to talk to anyone. Web chat takes ages to start. And really slow in their response.

The online chat agent took forever to reply to my queries & comments etc. She also did her best to put obstacles in the way of my cancelling my policy. This is probably not her fault - it's what she's been told to do, but it's very annoying. And at the end of the conversation I'm told I won't get any refund, even though my policy still has two-thirds of its life to run!

i took out the policy but forgot to put i hit a car in a car park when i took it out . within a month i had a letter saying i owed £228.46 extra this ended up doubling my policy . BE CARE FULL YOU GET DETAILS RIGHT . a costly mistake

Wait time for on line chat was about 10 minutes but then the chat itself was extremely slow and wait time between each part of conversation was way too long.

Would have preferred to speak to an operator rather than soend 30mins using the Live Chat service! For a relatively simple request this was dealt with efficiently. Its just the length of time taken to complete this request has used up half of my lunch break.....

Helpful live chat Crappy online set up as no for warning that systems have failed . So payment made but no confirmation of insurance policy. Very disappointing
