I need to speak to someone in the debt recovery team. Been trying for days with no joy (covid apparently) Live chat is unavailable and no one is around to pick up the phone

Over all one call are good but they can improve. There is no easy access to talking to a person as the phone number is hidden away so things that would take 5 minutes to do on the phone takes 30+ minutes on online chat with. I only wanted to get a change of vehicle and it was dragged out even with prompting on what I wanted

The company likes to charge you a renewal fee for being a loyal customer. The wait on phone line is ridiculously long. The wait on the online Chat is just about as bad

the portal is not friendly, however LG3 in live chat was very helpful and friendly, however i will not be renewing my insurance with One Call next year

the Portal is very poor to use thankfully the live chat person LG3 was very helpful and supported, i will not be renewing my insurance with ONE CALL next year

An hour and 15 minutes on live chat, just to let you know, I had retired, and required a new car insurance quote. Took three departments. Only saving grace was Colleague KA1. She was extremely efficient and friendly. Well done Keri, you saved me from leaving One Call

I prefer to be able to talk to someone and all i was offered was a text chat which takes a very long time and is not efficient. That said, the text handler (in this case reference ci8) was very helpful, but i have just taken out insurance with another provider as they offer a telephone call facility. It is a shame as the One Call policy is good value, it is just the customer experience that lets things down.

Very disappointed when trying to make a claim. I ended up having to sorn my car because it took them too long to sort my claim. It was a simple claim should have been done in no time.

My basic questions were answered but it’s very impersonal and I felt like I didn’t really matter. I hope to resolve my issue within 48 hours if this is not the case I will probably cancel my policy.

I like onecall insurance but it is very difficult to have a conversation online only. Would really like to talk with someone but it was not an option.

Managed to get my address changed on my policy at the second attempt! Have downloaded the certificate and note that the spelling of Barton is Bqrton but really can't struggle with it any more. Not very good value for a £24 fee

Really struggled with this as it took so long (over 30 mins )once conversion started to finally get the answer that they could not insure my sons as learner drivers.Very long winded .

I'm not satisfied with the response from the chat, it takes a while before she responds. I'm not happy, because I didn't get the results for what I wanted.
