Unable to pay on line and nobody answering telephone

Nothing at all wrong with your operator today thanks.(Unlike the one yesterday who was useless) BUT your Live chat system is Too lengthy. I wasted a total of just over an hour just trying to update my breakdown cover. It could have been dealt with by phone i about 5 mins. Why no phone number?

Easy to set up, but difficult to change details if you work, since operatives unable to action after 5.30pm - have been referred for a call back in the next 48hrs!

Charlotte D wad as helpful as she could be. But it appears I will not be insured after 1 Sept and will pay a fee. I set my insurance up as I did on the advice of One Call and this advice was incorrect. I explained I would use my overseas driving licence and that I planned to move house shortly. The result is that I'm not insured after 1sr September. I appreciate my context is a little unusual but I am hoping that Ine Call will waive the cancellation fee as a courtesy because I find myself in a bad position due to the information I recieved from One Call when I set it all up. Please can you consider this and get back to me?

I was not happy with the outcome of my online chat, I asked for an email update on a change I had made to my policy but was told that I’d have to go back onto the chat in a few days time to check myself. Very disappointed.

Spent around 30 minutes on line chat trying to get a quote for a car I may buy. Advised to go onto the portal. Did that, it let me put today's date in the box but wouldn't let me put today's date in the second box, then a message unfortunately we are unable to do this, go onto the on line chat for an agent to help. So went back to the lady who told be to go on the portal in the first place for her to pass me to another department another 20 minutes later I'd had enough, all I wanted was a quote, overall a very long drawn out and tedious process.

Expensive if you want to make a minor change. I wanted to add my son-in-law for 4 days to my car insurance as we are going away for a long weekend, onecall wanted £67, my last insurance company did it for nothing. So unless you don't want to change details go with slightly more expensive company

Had to speak to an advisor on chat as portal wouldn’t allow me to make the changes I needed. Advisor on chat was very slow to respond and chat kept timing out. Something that should of taken a few minutes took an age to sort.

My issue is with the 'chat' process as I'm not great with technical stuff. I wanted to change my car insurance to a new vehicle but as it was only registered today the details were not yet on the database so Claire T had to do it manually and had to ask me lots of questions, some which I did not know the answer to. Claire T was very patient but I found the process stressful and frustrating and not helpful at all but we got there in the end. I also wanted to clarify something later which cr3 helped me with. Staff were great but not so much the chat process - sorry....

I used the live chat service to give my national insurance number to verify my license details and was told by the advisor that my license check was good and my policy won't be cancelled. The next day I got an email saying that I need to give them a DVLA check code or my policy will be cancelled. Sort it out One Call, I've got better things to do with my time.

I was chatting to Christa M and was cut off. When I reconnected was told it was the wrong Dept. After a long wait was connected and my query was answered but I am still left in the air as to whether my policy documents have been posted. Was not impressed with the speed of you chat link.

One call should be renamed web chat insurance. I tried to make a simple change and no telephone numbers to ring and the portal did not work. So I spent 35 minutes at work in web chat with a helpful person. Hard work and effort to make a simple policy change!
