“I had an email about a complication which had arisen from a past claim. I called customer service, and the staff member who dealt with the issue was extremely professional, respectful and helpful. He talked me through what I needed to do when emailing further evidence and documents, and called me straight back when the problem was resolved. Thank you Joshua (JC8).”
