Using the "Chat with us" facility, JG4 provided a lot helpful advice allowing me to resolve the problems with our car insurance. Thank you Jodie! However, the premium we ended up with was very high and email correspondance was chaotic. We won't use this company again.

was advised by **MB1** today over the chat to help me keeping the price down as all the other bills are going up I was absolutely desperate to stay in my price range. Mia was very calm and reassuring and gave me plenty of info. top work

Hannah (HG1) was very prompt and resolved my issues right away. She also organised additional cover for me. She informed me of the benefits and sent me the payment link. WP1 I had an online chat with this lady who was very precise and explained in detail how the pay as you drive process operates, as I was not sure how payments work. I would highly recommend one call insurance pay as you drive particularly if you’re not driving every day. This lady was so helpful, and courteous I found the online chat with her pleasant and supportive, she answered all my queries and even decided to use the gold star breakdown cover with one call insurance. I would highly recommend this company.

My policy was yet to commence but I need to make a minor amendment, I waited only a few moments before being connected via the online chat to Tabitha (TS4) who sorted it for me without any fuss. Couldn’t have been simpler, great customer service, let’s hope it’s sign of what’s to come!

This evening I have taken out my first policy with OneCall insurance. A competitive rate and the ease of website made the choice perfect for my van policy. On completing the policy I reviewed the documents and noted I had not got 'commuting' added. I accessed the chat facility and spoke with AD7 who literally got on it straight away. No long winded false pleasantries, no faff. Amendments made there and then, including updating the payment date. THIS IS HOW IT SHOULD BE! - Thank you Adam and well done for making an annual ritual of car insurance an effortless pleasurable one! (words not normally used in insurance purchasing!)
