“AM2 was very helpful with me today. Im not very good with technology but she guided me through, and I eventually got what I needed. I wanted to make a one off payment rather than direct debit monthly. She also explained where I could view my policy. She also went through the small print, asking was i alright with everything. Thank you AM2”
