You can not do a new different policy in your portal. The Portal is only for existing policy's. Thanks to cl9 for her help best regards David

It was my health (dementia) that was the problem... not your service . I was assisted today by agent ci9 who was as helpful as he\she could be. For obvious reasons I will not be buying more motor insurance but I am happy to recommend your company to my friends and family. Professor Brian Lee

AM2 was very helpful with me today. Im not very good with technology but she guided me through, and I eventually got what I needed. I wanted to make a one off payment rather than direct debit monthly. She also explained where I could view my policy. She also went through the small print, asking was i alright with everything.
