“Extremely unhappy to be pushed into auto renew, it has taken a while to navigate through the site to cancel it. I do not trust auto renew, I have never yet received a favourable result with it. Best to shop around. The site is not user friendly and trying to find a phone number to speak to a real person is highly unlikely.”

“Just spoke to ET1 who offered a new price for my home insurance. He said it would update on the portal but it's still the original amount and it's on auto renewal so will collect the incorrect amount .. I'm going to have to contact and go through it all again . Not happy”
