“Agent SM6 on a chat today to sort out change of vehicle. Agent was extremely helpful and very patient- I didn’t know the model of the car I had bought (I’m not v interested in cars obviously) and waited while I called the dealer. I don’t know whether male or female but he/she is a credit to your company and I commend her/him to you.”

“Mb9 was courteous and helpful and answered all my queries promptly. I wanted to discuss a renewal price I had been given and change some details too. Mb9 was able to answer my questions quickly and was also polite and not pushy. She was able to improve on the price to my satisfaction. Thank you Mb9 (My experience with the agent previous, Jodie, was not as positive - she was quite rude in her replies and was clearly not interested in me as a customer at all)”
