“I had a lengthy phone call today with your representative Ethan Gladwin who did his best to encourage me to renew my home insurance with One Call, but the exclusions and excesses in the policy he could offer were too stringent for me to accept. However, I am grateful to him for his patience and great courtesy to me throughout our conversation.”
