Agent CH5 was very helpful when I had questions about car insurance renewal. He offered suggestions on how to reduce the cost and answered my questions in detail, he also checked if I needed any additional information explained.

JF3 was very helpful and answered my queries successfully although I had to ask questions for full info. The connection kept dropping out so it was difficult to know if she was still there or disappeared. Overall she was very helpful

Very professional conversation with GM2 regarding car insurance renewal quote. She understood my needs and found me a much better quote. I wish other companies would employ people on the phone who are as professional and as easy to understand as GM2

very helpful and quickly made required amend to isurance - felt overwhelmed by much of the subsequent up-sell on things not related to the change (i.e. could have had at start of policy) but they seemed useful add-ons which I took (we will see in time)

I was unable to do a change of vehicle through the online portal due to it being new. When you get an advisor after a short wait it is pretty straightforward doing my change of vehicle. My advisor AW1 was very helpful and quick to update my policy for my needs

EK2 provided really good service when it came to switching insurance from one call to another, keeping one driver on the old insurance and moving 2 others to the new insurance. A complex procedure. Everything was explained very clearly, and we now know what we have to do. :)

I have tried so many times to send my no claims bonus proof but for some reason you won't accept it. My last try was a photo of my proof on headed Saga letter. Why haven't you acknowledged receipt of this

Wasn't sure if my policy was active after payment so I spoke to on line chat person TM1 who checked and assured me everything is fine and I will receive an email when the policy is set up! 3
