I spoke to Tanya.. TS7 and she was very helpful helping me to swap over my new car details, even though your system would not recognise my number plate. she put me at ease as I was worried I would have to pay a premium as I could not do it online. A very professional customer service advisor!!

Had a phone call from LE6.Leanne Warren-le6 to discuss my car renewal, perfect timing as I had just started looking at other costs. I signed for a 3 year deal at a reduced cost from my renewal premium with lots of extras. Very happy with One Call Insurance, I have been with them for quite a while and they seem to value their existing customers. Leanne was very professional and I was extremely happy with her service. I have spent a few days trying get my NCD sorted as my last insurer was a online service so everything was done by email and chat. After 3 conversations with various representatives one came up with a solution EG4. Give your old insurance permission for us to speak to them. Finally this will now get sorted.

EF3 had very limited help in providing a way forward. All I wanted was a quote for changing my vehicle. The website system was extremely poor, it refused to allow me to obtain a quote. Then the agent was not able to provide a quote either and said the best way forward was for me to try to website again. Unable to speak to anyone directly about this either. Awful so now have to look at other insurance companies.
