“I wanted to cancel my policy, do not like using computers etc due to head injury problems. One protect, being an online insurance company with no customer phone number to use for enquiries, I had to try use livechat. First time ever! I was apprehensive at first, chatted to Esmond aka ET1, whom was very polite and helpful and I found this live chat more relaxed to do than had I phoned. ET1 gave also a competitive quote that the whole experience was positive and made me change my mind about online only usage, that I have just renewed my policy! Thanks very much ET1, for bringing me into the 21st century ! Excellent and to the point, fast service I recommend to others!”
