“I bought a new car and wanted to sort out changing my car. It wasn't clear how do this on the Oneline portal. However, the agent I spoke to (co4) was very helpful and took me through the process clearly and helpfully. There was an admin charge for the change. I would add that Aviva were easier to deal with when my wife changed car - including no admin fee, easy to do online without needing to speak to an agent, and covers the entire day for both cars (so no need to plan the exact collection time).”
