“Taylor the agent was brilliant, polite and knowledgeable. But trying to cancel the auto renewal was a nightmare, could only cancel by a telephone call and the number given was unobtainable!! Tried 3-4 times to no avail. Terrible website.”

“Not really on this occasion. Just made a vehicle change for my car that I collected yesterday. The reg brought up the correct details of the vehicle and so paid the change fee and thought nothing of it. I collected the car yesterday and then downloaded the certificate when I got home last night, only to find they had the wrong vehicle completely. I went through the change with the service representative and he tried to suggest that I had got it wrong. The problem here is the automated details that were returned by their computer systems were correct. What went wrong was beyond my control and I still had to pay more money. Ok so they didn’t charge an admin fee, but he still approached it as if it was my fault. I paid the fee but won’t use them again”
