I wanted to enquire about a quote to change my car. I was able to access the online chat rather than phone, which I sometimes find easier. Colleague IS1 was very helpful, she took me through the new quote process, provided my updated quote and explained what needed to happen once I got a collection date and time for my new car.

Would have preferred a phone call as opposed to live chat but EG4 was very helpful. It is not always easy to express in written form that which is easier in speech. However my waiting time was also not too bad.

appalling communication via text when a short succinct telephone call would have made the whole process so much easier. Following todays exasperating experience, I'm seriously considering not renewing my policy with Onecall Insurance. What you may save in cost is negated by the stressful poor communication caused by texting all the time . IT at its very worst! Avoid!

CM1 was super helpful and went to special lengths to help me locate my policy. He searched manually for it when it couldn't be found on the system. I really appreciate having great customer service like this ad even though I usually don't enjoy chatline as a way of communicating he made it very straightforward and answered all my questions. I would recommend your insurance company based on the excellent customer service. 5 stars.
