“I spent some time in conversation today with MB1. I found MiaB to be extremely helpful and we managed to negotiate a mutually acceptable premium for house contents insurance renewal. That we reached this position speaks volumes for MB1 since I admit to be being a technological dinosaur of a certain age who finds using a chat room unintuitive. Thank you MB1. .”

“Having recently purchased Car Insurance online with One Call Inurance I needed assistance to set up the Viewing Portal.
