I phoned JM6 today, 19th February, to ask about some changes I needed to make on my car Policies and the operator, JM6, was very helpful and efficient. I had to discuss a change I wanted to make on our Fiat Panda and Cancelling our Skoda Fabia insurance from March 1st as my son is taking over ownership as I currently can't drive due to a medical incident, and I have been told I need to inform the insurance company. I struggle on computerized systems so phoning Customer Support was an easier option. The operator JM6 was first class and very knowledgeable about my problems and dealt with them very professionally. I thank her and Onecall insurance for your ongoing support. Thank you Pete Boyle.

I spent some time in conversation today with MB1. I found MiaB to be extremely helpful and we managed to negotiate a mutually acceptable premium for house contents insurance renewal. That we reached this position speaks volumes for MB1 since I admit to be being a technological dinosaur of a certain age who finds using a chat room unintuitive. Thank you MB1. .

I have been with One Call for years and always had good service. Today I need to insure a Reliant Kitten which is 47 years old and Helen (HG1), very helpful, will organise an agent to call. I am sure that I will receive the same good service.

Having recently purchased Car Insurance online with One Call Inurance I needed assistance to set up the Viewing Portal.
