“Today I spoke to GB1 who has restored my faith in One Call insurance. She was so friendly and went out of her way to get the best price for me and worked really hard on my behalf. She was the difference between leaving one call and staying. There should be more Grace's rather than online portals when sometimes you just want to talk things through with someone.”

“ET1 helped me today regarding my Contents Insurance renewal. The renewal on the Portal was so much more than last year, I was considering leaving, but when I went on Live Chat and ET1 was there to help me, the patience and explanation and ability to be able to assure me of a lower price which was much more affordable, I was more than happy to agree to stay with One Call for another year. ET1 was efficient, friendly, knowledgeable and patient, able to do settle my concerns 100% Thank you ET1!”
