“I am an existing customer and I wanted a new quote after purchasing a new car. Even though I much prefer to talk to a person on the phone the experience of using the online Chat facility with AT7 was a relatively hassle free experience. Also, with the benefit of hindsight, it meant that all the details we had talked about were easily emailed to me within seconds at the end of our conversation so I can review all the information at my leisure. AT7 was helpful and knowledgeable.”
