“Very hard to get in touch. Tried calling on Friday, was on hold for ages. Disconnected. Then had to register on portal to do it myself. That was hard work. Then didn’t recognise the car. Tried for a live chat from 9.00 today. Eventually connected at 12.02”

“Excellent customer service today from LE6.Leanne Warren-le6. This was somewhat in contrast to my previous contact with One Call . Leanne was very knowledgeable, helpful, efficient, and came across as extremely confident whilst she was resolving the problem for me today with renewing my motorcycle insurance policy. Leanne even managed to reduce my premium by a small amount. In my experience there is no substitute to that of actually speaking with a person. Livechat isn't always successful.”
