“Carried out my renewal today with Leanne Warren at One Call Insurance. Very helpful with sorting different permutations of excess, protected no claims etc. price also dropped from original by £30 which I was very happy with. “Needed to add a named driver to car insurance and got there eventually using the live chat with SP6. They were helpful navigating me through the slightly complicated forms and explained things that weren’t very clear on the website itself. 5 stars for SP6, but only 4 for the website forms and confusing wording, not explaining the details very well!”
