“Tom - Customer service and resolving changes to a policy is second to none. Staff are always really nice, friendly and reassuring. They explain everything in a way that is clear and do not use jargon. I am so impressed with this company because I have had this experience on two unrelated occasions with different staff. Therefore level of service is consistently high. It is the customer service staff that make the difference and on both occasions they have proved beyond doubt they are consummate professionals. They either need a promotion or pay rise. If I was an employer I would do whatever it takes to ensure they stayed with the company.”
