“LN1 - Lawrence was patient when we had a delay when we spoke on the phone. He called me back to fix. He also explained the differences in packages very well, and explained what the competitors covered vs One Call. I researched this personally and he was 100% truthful. I was then happy to move forward, without being pressured or pushed. It's good to get a competitive price instead of having to change supplier every year. Great work”
