Great communications with changing/checking my 2 x policy with One Call this afternoon, the person dealing with my queries was SF7, very helpful, nothing was too much trouble, thanks for the information, this was rather a lot of questions dealt with promptly, keep up the good work.

Shanice SP6 was extremely helpful when the portal would not recognise my password or email although it said I was registered. She managed to sort this out, send me link and I could then access my account. Thank you Shanice ;-)

I had a problem with my car insurance renewal and was obliged to contact One Call customer service using the live chat service. Although it was disappointing to not be able to speak directly with someone, nevertheless the waiting time to get through to an agent was acceptable. I was very impressed with the agent who dealt with my issue, PS1, as her communication was excellent, she engaged with me at each stage of the conversation promptly and took the time to deal with my concerns, which took a while to resolve. She was helpful with options and alternatives and answered my questions very well. I've been with One Call for a number of years now and it was good to feel that, as a customer, I was treated as person rather than just a number; overall I was happy with the way my issue was dealt with.

My issue was resolved quickly once i got through to an agent but there was a long wait to actually chat with an agent which is why i gave a 4 star review.
