“Hi; I had the need to call in to One Call at Carr Hill today; to renew my home insurance; having RXD an email prompt All the staff I met; from the front reception through to in particular Leanne of LE6 LeanneWarren-LE6. Leanee talked me through details & expertly dealt with the technical knowledge needs; to complete things. I must add that the front desk girl was also very customer focussed & knowledgable.
