“I used the online chat today and was connect to agent HH2. From start to finish the customer service was excellent. The agent answered all my questions quickly and I was able to auto renew my policy within 10 minutes, possibly less. I did have a bit of a wait to get through to live chat but I do understand I joined in prime time of the day and this comment has no reflection on the agent that was helping me today. Thank you !”
