“IS1 was very helpful in cancelling my policy tonight. Having to scrap my car which holds a lot of sentimental value was hard enough but not having to jump through hoops to cancel the policy was a relief. Thank you”

“my car has been badly damage as i laid in bed an uninsured driver hit my car" police arrested the driver" i have sent cctv,and photos of the damage" yet after 4 days i have had no correspondence from one call" my car is still parked on the front of my house ,waiting for inspection" i just need to know do i buy a new car, or is my car going to be repaired" as a so called platinum customer" i find your service not very good"”
