“I had my truck stolen by a group of people who took it and other vehicles from the area I live in and the vehicles were used in crimes across 3 counties. OneCall released the photos of what was left of my truck a couple of days ago - I won't be looking to enquire as to a buy-back option. The whole event has made me realise two things. 1 - it doesn't matter if you live in one of the safest areas in England, you never know who's outside your door at night, or following you back from your local supermarket and 2 - how helpful an insurance company and their representatives can be when you're at your wit's end. JR6 just proved this once again by helping me while I try to sort another vehicle out. I'd never had any real thoughts about my vehicle insurance, like most people I just paid and forgot about it, but I can honestly say that people like JR6 and his colleagues have altered my perception entirely. Great work.”
