“I spoke with EW9 as my NCD had been misread and an additional charge was being levied. Once I got through the queue to EW9 he understood and resolved my issue quickly and efficiently, of course he tried to upsell additional products as I'm sure is part of their script. He was not pushy and accepted my straight answers. All in all a satisfactory interaction.”
