Took policy out through money supermarket. Sent me a link to set up account through there portal to access documents etc. Have spent the whole day trying to input details of my email address which kept coming up with error "account does not match email address!!. So continued on chat to see why and was told had done it using all capital letters so they reset it and sent a link to confirm correct, which I did but still came up with same error. So joined the chat who also didn't know why. So decided to cancel as was not going anywhere and couldn't check policy etc. And was within my 14 day cooling of period. I was then told to cancel this policy thre was a charge of £49.99!! For admin fees etc., which I thought was unjust as unable to get into portal, never saw this cancellation anywhere before buying. So beware if buying online as it is in the 15 policy documents to read before paying the premium!!! So will pay the cancellation fee as have no.more time to argue the point and thank my lucky stars that I didn't go ahead with them. Good luck if you have a claim or need help as did not find them helpful etc. Just beware and read everything before committing to purchase car insurance. I have now also googled them and a lot.of unhappy customer's!!

By having to do it by live chat and not by telephone is ridiculous.It takes longer then a telephone conversation
