“KT7 was very helpful, patient and didn't rush me when on live chat. I struggle to understand things at times and can get quite stressed. She was able to simplify my renewal quote, what was covered and helped me to put some things in place to make it easier.”

“Had a live chat with Marcela G at 13:03 today. This advisor was very helpful and knowledgeable in dealing with my request. “Ref PV1 I spoke with Philip today regarding my car insurance policy, he was incredibly helpful as I had a few requests to deal with. He was able to sort them out quickly and efficiently I was very impressed. Its not very often you can say you had a great chat with your insurance company but today I did. Also my call was answered straight away, another unexpected bonus. Thank you Philip, you were great.”
