“Spoke to KT7 on the online chat regarding my upcoming renewal. I wanted to cancel as had found a better price elsewhere. Kadie offered me a great price with better cover than I was getting elsewhere and got me renewed super fast. Great service”

“Talked online today to EF3 - he was very patient and answered all my questions accordingly. He also listened when I was unhappy about paying my admin fee as I had tried to make my change online and couldn't due to reasons out of my control so I paid a reduced admin fee which was appreciated ..... and it's important when a customer feels listened to. Thanks again.”

“I received my new quote which I was not happy about as it was far higher than last year's. I contacted you on the chat page and a very very helpful KT7 assistant managed a better price for me.
