Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. I paid the required premium, but only two days later my car insurance policy was cancelled without any clear explanation. I was never properly informed, which meant I unknowingly drove for two days without valid insurance. Thankfully, nothing happened during that time. I tried to contact the company several times to find out why my policy had been cancelled, but it was extremely difficult to get through to anyone. I received no satisfactory explanation, and to make matters worse, I was later told that I still had to pay an additional £25. To this day, I still do not know why my policy was cancelled. I immediately insured my car with another insurance company, and they had no problems at all arranging my cover. Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend One Call Insurance. If you are looking for reliable customer service and clear communication, I would advise you to research carefully before choosing this company.”
