“Live chat was efficient, Jake ji9 communicated well and did his job well. The quote was higher than hoped but its a rolling contract which is worth the extra money as I can switch it when I find a cheaper quote. Jake was a star though.”

“TM7 was great over web chat and gave information required. Only slight annoyance was after giving details to chat not and having to queue for approx 15 mins initially connected to wrong department but quickly transferred”
