“Eventually, after a protracted process cancelled my auto renew (which I never asked for). An annoyingly long process SH1 was helpful and polite. I'm guessing its a process he/she have to go through.”

“JM3 sorted out a kerfuffle for me fast. I changed address on my home insurance but it started a month too early, leaving my place uninsured, and another place covered when I wasn't there yet. Sorted easily with a wee refund too. Phew!”
