“needed help big time being proper old school, managed to get connected to jt3 what a releife he was a total star in every way possible having made several attempts at sorting problem over several days jt3 navigated me through every step with time patience and help me understand far than iwas aware off he is without a total star and obviously a outstanding agent cannot praise enough”
