I was very happy with the service that i received from LN1,he listened to what I was asking about my changes to my policy i needed to make ,and made things very clear. I did have some problems listening due to the quality of your phone line,,.

TJ1 is super star for the day, she’s helped me to get right insurance, I’ve taken almost 3 hrs with Toni she was very helpful and explained anything that I didn’t understand. I had to cancel my motor insurance with One Protect because I got a cheaper quote from the AA. I removed automatic renewal some time ago but was still charged for Insurance that I did not want. I cancelled my insurance today through Live Chat and your agent JF2 did as I asked with not too much trouble. I thank him for that. I was not happy with the waiting time before I was able to text JF2....I was 8th. in line and I had to wait nearly 45 minutes before the chat started.
